fieryph is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every Filipino player who uses our platform. fieryph has appointed a Data Protection Officer ("DPO") who is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and with the DPA. You may contact the fieryph DPO at any time using the contact details set out in Section 14 of this Policy.

fieryph collects the following categories of personal data from Members and platform users:

3.1 Registration & Identity Data

• Full legal name, date of birth, and gender
• Residential address (including city, province, and postal code)
• Email address and mobile phone number
• Username and encrypted password
• Government-issued identification documents (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence) collected during KYC verification

3.2 Financial Data

• GCash or PayMaya account details (mobile number linked to e-wallet )
• Bank account details for BPI, BDO, or Metrobank transfers
• Visa or Mastercard details (card number, expiry, and billing address — stored in tokenized form only)
• Transaction history, including deposit amounts, withdrawal requests, and gaming activity records
• Source-of-funds documentation where required by AML compliance procedures

3.3 Technical & Usage Data

• IP address, device type, operating system, and browser type
• Login timestamps, session duration, and platform navigation patterns
• Game play history, betting patterns, and wagering records
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 10)

3.4 Communications Data

• Records of live chat conversations with fieryph customer support
• Email correspondence between you and fieryph

• Marketing communications: To send you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and news about fieryph — but only where you have opted in to receive such communications. You may opt out at any time.
• Legal compliance: To comply with our legal obligations under Philippine law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012, PAGCOR regulations, and any court orders or regulatory directives.

fieryph processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform our contract with you — i.e., to operate your fieryph account and deliver the gaming services you have registered to use.
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with fieryph's legal and regulatory obligations, including KYC verification, AML monitoring, and PAGCOR reporting requirements.
• Legitimate interests: Processing carried out for fieryph's legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement, where such interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.
• Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific, and informed consent — primarily in relation to marketing communications and the use of non-essential cookies. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

fieryph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard processing networks, for the purpose of processing your financial transactions.
• KYC & identity verification providers: Third-party service providers engaged to assist with identity verification and age confirmation as required by PAGCOR.
• Fraud prevention & risk management partners: Service providers who assist fieryph in detecting and preventing fraudulent activity on the platform.
• IT & platform service providers: Technology partners who provide hosting, infrastructure, and software services necessary to operate the fieryph platform, subject to strict data processing agreements.
• Regulatory authorities: PAGCOR, the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines, and other competent Philippine government authorities, where disclosure is required by law, regulation, or court order.
• Professional advisers: Legal counsel, auditors, and other professional advisers engaged by fieryph in connection with its business operations, subject to professional confidentiality obligations.

fieryph retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements.

The following general retention periods apply:

• Account data: Retained for the duration of your active membership with fieryph, plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with Philippine AML regulations.
• KYC documentation: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the completion of the KYC process or account closure, whichever is later.
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the relevant interaction.
• Marketing preferences: Retained until you withdraw your consent or request deletion, subject to any overriding legal retention obligations.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, fieryph will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your fieryph account credentials and for notifying us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

• Right to lodge a complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines if you believe that fieryph has processed your personal data in violation of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

The fieryph platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, in compliance with Philippine law governing casino-style gaming activities. fieryph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If fieryph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, it will take immediate steps to delete such data and close the associated account. Any funds held in an underage account will be returned to the verified payment source.

fieryph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. When material changes are made to this Policy, fieryph will notify registered Members via email or a prominent notice on the fieryph platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was most recently revised. The current version of this Privacy Policy will always be available on the fieryph website. Your continued use of the fieryph platform following the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
