By registering an account with fieryph, accessing the fieryph website at fieryph.org, or using any gaming, betting, or ancillary service provided by fieryph, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the fieryph platform, including registered members, guests browsing the site, and any person accessing the platform from within the Republic of the Philippines or from any other jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.

fieryph reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "fieryph" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" refers to the fieryph online gaming platform operating at fieryph.org under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
• "Member" / "Player" / "User" / "you" refers to any individual who has registered an account with fieryph or who accesses the platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Member on the fieryph platform.
• "Platform" refers to the fieryph website, mobile site, applications, and all associated gaming and betting services.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Balance" / "Funds" refers to any real-money credits held in a Member's fieryph account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Member's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it may be withdrawn as real funds.

To register and maintain an account with fieryph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine law governing casino-style gaming activities.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of fieryph, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the fieryph platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and at all times thereafter.

Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with fieryph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

fieryph reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

As a registered Member of fieryph, you are solely and entirely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you.
• Ensuring that your account information — including your name, date of birth, address, email address, and payment details — remains accurate and up to date at all times.
• Notifying fieryph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Ensuring that no other person, including family members, accesses or uses your fieryph account.

fieryph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account prior to your notification of unauthorized access shall be deemed to have been authorized by you.

fieryph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at fieryph's discretion.

All transactions on the fieryph platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard.

• Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. fieryph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security checks. fieryph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. fieryph reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to alternative payment methods.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier section. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

fieryph offers various bonuses, promotions, free credits, and loyalty rewards to its Members from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only and may be subject to geographic, account-level, or game-type restrictions.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• fieryph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that the offer has been abused or exploited.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Member's account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the fieryph platform.

Any attempt to abuse the fieryph bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

All games available on the fieryph platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined independently of fieryph's commercial interests, and all games are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories to verify fairness and compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) percentages.

By participating in any game on the fieryph platform, you agree to be bound by the specific rules of that game as published on the platform. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules displayed on screen and the underlying game software, the software outcome shall prevail.

• fieryph reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome.
• Bets placed after the official close of a betting market, or after a game round has concluded, will be voided and stakes returned.
• fieryph reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict game access, or close accounts where it suspects irregular betting patterns or advantage play that is detrimental to the integrity of the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fieryph platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or fieryph employees to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the fieryph platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the fieryph platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward fieryph staff or other Members.

All content on the fieryph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of fieryph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fieryph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the fieryph platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any fieryph content.
• Use any fieryph trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the fieryph platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fieryph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the fieryph platform or any game or service offered thereon.

fieryph's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in that Member's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit fieryph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

fieryph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and in compliance with PAGCOR's data handling requirements. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by fieryph's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering an account with fieryph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, AML compliance, account management, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.

fieryph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Member has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The Member's account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the fieryph platform or to other Members.
• fieryph is required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or any other competent authority.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, fieryph reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, where such forfeiture is warranted by the nature of the breach. In all other cases of account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Members may close their own accounts at any time by contacting fieryph's customer support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

fieryph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, fieryph will notify registered Members via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law, regulation, or PAGCOR directive.

Your continued use of the fieryph platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the fieryph website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between a Member and fieryph, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through fieryph's internal complaints procedure. Members may submit a formal complaint by contacting the fieryph customer support team via live chat or email. fieryph will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a final resolution within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through fieryph's internal complaints procedure, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable regulations. The decision of PAGCOR's dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
